Pirates of the Corinthian Youth Regatta

Hello DCYC Friends,

We are quickly approaching the time of year for our annual Pirates of the Corinthian Youth Regatta, whereas DCYC will host youth sailors from various Yacht clubs throughout Texas and Oklahoma in a two day event, October 14-15, 2023

The regatta is open to all boats of the Optimist, ILCA 4, 6, and 7, Open Skiff, and Double-Handed, 420 Club, 420 Collegiate, I-420, FJ, RS Tera Sport or other double handed boats as approved by DCYC organizing committee.  All classes are “bring your own boat”.  The regatta is open to all junior sailors who are less than 20 years old and who do not turn 20 years of age during this calendar year.

We typically have between 70-85 racers plus their families so we have lots of volunteer opportunities either on the water or on shore! We are looking to fill positions for Race Committee, Logistics, Food and Beverage, Grounds, Parking, Launching, among other things!   Please sign up on the Pirates Volunteer Sign up to be a part of this club favorite!
