Rules
The races will be governed by The Racing Rules of Sailing, 2005 – 2008.

Entries and Eligibility
This series is open to all competitors who are members of U.S. Sailing or one of its affiliated
organizations. Eligible boats may be entered by completing registration with the Race Committee or by registering on-line at dycy.org. The entry fee will be $25, with a $5 discount for members of U.S. Sailing. Entrants will indicate a preference for Spinnaker or Non-spinnaker class. All entrants will have a PHRF rating assigned by the Race Committee. All declarations made on the entry form shall remain in effect for the entire series of races. Changes in sail inventory, which result in a handicap rating change, are not permitted.

Times
A Skipper’s Meeting will be held in the DCYC Clubhouse at 11:30 am on February 26, 2005. Sailing Instructions for the Spring Series #1 2005 will be distributed to skippers at this time. Warning signal for the first race of each race date will be 1:00 pm. Two (2) races will be attempted on each race date. Any races not completed on a given race date will be started the following scheduled race date.
